• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Stopping the historical collector task does not free the
  dataset that was being used for sequential data collection.
  It is still allocated exclusive to the CANSO2 task.
  They are not freed.
  One user uses FLUSHJCL WRITEOPTION(VSAM,SEQ) in their coptxxxx
  For example:
  dataset name=SYSP.OMEGAMON.TS02.DMC1.D2008206.T155636
   OWNERS=      1 ,WAIT EXCLUSIVE=        ,WAIT SHARED=
   system=TS02    jobname=CANSO2  ,type=OWNER  ,use=EXCLUSIVE

  The sequential dataset is not properly closed when the
  historical collector is stopped.

  Use the equivalent of FREE=CLOSE when dynamically allocating the
  sequential historical dataset.  Drive the DCB CLOSE when the
  historical collector is stopped.
