Error description
The SQLCODE count is not being reset at the end of each interval resulting in a cumulative SQLCODE count. Eventually, the MAX_SQLCODES limit is exceeded.
Local fix
The workaround is to recycle CQM. Resetting MAX_SQLCODES to a much higher value will allow a longer interval between restarts. The maximum value is 99999.
