    PROBLEM SUMMARY:
    High CPU observed while gathering EDM Pool data for the
    EDM Pool Snapshot. The process is creating long chains of
    data which will be displayed by PF-11 zoom to the various
    EDM Pool detail screens.
    
    PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
    Change the long chain structures to a balanced binary tree
    structure which is easily created and searched.
