• KO2EXPL PLANEXPLAIN SQLCODE -220 THEN -4700
  
  A "ALTER TABLE PLAN_TABLE ALTER PROGNAME SET DATA TYPE
  VARCHAR(128)" should be possible in ENFM and NFM.
  
  Will create a valid PLAN_TABLE for DB2 V8 ENFM.
  

Local fix

• Create the TDMHP1.PLAN_TABLE manually (See SDSNSAMP(DSNTESC)
  for 58-col varchar(128) PLAN_TABLE) before using the batch
  Explain job and to avoid the SQLCODE -4700.
