Error description

• PE Agent GUI limiting to 16 chars in service account.

  Customer is trying to setup PE Agent Monitoring using GUI and
  Domain\Service account on Windows 2003 is limiting to 16 chars.
  Customer would need a fix to conform to Microsoft Standards, as
  of W2K, fully qualified domain names can be 64 chars and
  accounts up to 28 characters.

Local fix

• Customer has work around by creating a local account, then
  modify the properties using the OS services GUI.
