Error description

  • While attempting to connect to DB2 to access the DB2 catalog
tables, QM's monitoring agent installation process may fail if
DB2 is not in a state to accept connections. The QM code will be
changed to consider this inactive condition in DB2 and retry
installation of the monitoring agent at a later time, when DB2
is ready to accept connections.
