Error description
When rendering menus and navigators there are three sets of redundant security checks that are reducing performance: 1. We are checking the security of each item prior to passing it to the Rendering Engine, this check is redundant because the security is applied during the menu query 2. We are checking the security when retrieving the target for tags with context=autofill, this check is redundant in most cases because the target being retrieved has already been security checked for the menu query 3. We are performing a duplicate security check when retrieving library components
