Error description

  • The following is received when CEX is running with ACEE Caching:
    Message  IRR012I VERIFICATION FAILED. USER PROFILE NOT FOUND is
    issued if the Userid associated with the inbound message is sent
    in lower case.  Other security failure messages may occur if the
    GROUP and/or APPLICATION fields of the inbound message are in
    lower case.

    1.Message  IRR012I VERIFICATION FAILED. USER PROFILE NOT
    FOUND is issued if the Userid associated with the inbound
    message is sent in lower case or are padded with nulls.
    Other security failure messages may occur if the GROUP
    and/or APPLICATION fields of the inbound message are in
    lower case or are padded with nulls.
    2.Initial Client ID field is not displayed correctly in
    Active Sessions panel.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The following has been changed to correct the above problems:
    1. CEX Security processing has been altered to ensure RACF
    information that must be in upper case is in upper case
    and that null padded fields are handled correctly.
    2. Initial Client ID field is now populated correctly
