  ADDITIONAL SYMPTOMS: 1) Qualifier provided in ISPF interface
  is appended twice.
  2) IKJ56545I THIS STATEMENT HAS AN EXPRESSION WITH A CHARACTER
     DATA ITEM USED NUMERICALLY.
  3) MSG EEE500E Prepare of PLAN_TABLE FAILED SQLCODEn206 -206.
