Error description

• This APAR will address two problems:
  1) HRF0105E Keyword ICNUM(2) Requires KEYWORD IC2DSN is received
     even though ICSDSN is specified and supplied correctly.
  2) Sort work space may be low when rebuilding secondary indexes.

Problem conclusion

• The following changes have been made:
  1. IC2DSN is now checked for empty when ICNUM(2) was set.
  2. The size information is now passed to the sort routine.
