Error description
IDCAMS define may fail during DR process in Recovery Expert due to invalid VOLUMES syntax in the ssidCATL PDS member. For multi-volume files Recovery Expert incorrectly generates IDCAMS define statements with single quotes around all volumes. Message IDC3201I may be issued. ADDITIONALLY THIS WILL ADDRESS 1. During disaster recovery processing message DSNT500I Reason rc00C90094 INDEX DSNDB06.DSNSSH01 (SYSGROUP) may be issued during REBUILD of STOGROUP defined INDEXes on the DB2 catalog. Recovery Expert incorrectly attempts to REBUILD these INDEXes before the required DB2 catlaog resources are RECOVERed. This fix will also include recover statements for the DB2 V8 catalog TABLESPACES SYSALTER and SYSEBCDC and for DB2 V9 catalog TABLESPACES SYSXML, SYSTARG, SYSPLUXA, SYSROLES, SYSCONTX, and SYSRTSTS * 2. Recovery list of db.ts and indexes may be missing when they start with a #, $ and @. * 3. Currently, for the database created 'AS TEMP' there is no allocation for the VSAM files if they are STOGROUP managed. This change will create the IDCAMS DEFINE information for these objects in the disaster recovery PDS member ssidALLC.
