PROBLEM SUMMARY:
The ZALLT and ZALLU screens (T.A and U.A from the menu) had
been changed to include idle threads.

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
Eliminate idle threads from ZALLT and ZALLU. Introduce a
new option 'Q' which navigates to new screens ZALLTQ and
ZALLUQ, which shows all threads, including idle threads.
