Error description

• ECSA SP241 usage grows while recovering from multiple private
  storage shortages in O2.
  .
  Customer reported an abend in DB2 abend04E rc00E20022 on
  DSNSFBK +051C due to running out of ECSA storage.
  MVS support pointed out the top storage users and they are from
  Omegamon II for DB2 v540 O2XCIN KO2XCINB at Subpool 241 key 7.
  SP241 K7 memory leakage most likely caused by either OINT ESTAE
  get control or by XMCOMEND routine working incorrectly.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  Routine freeing obtained ECSA SP241 memory sometimes did not get
  control during KO2OINTB termination caused by preceeding abend.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  Code changed to ensure that ECSA memory is returned to the
  system at KO2OINTB termination.
