  program IGVDGNPP is also running.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: On startup of QMF, an ABEND0C4 in       *
  *                      DSQIFSQ7 or DSQIFSQ8 can occur.         *

  During startup of QMF with multi row fetch turned off (MR=NO),
  an ABEND0C4 in DSQIFSQ7 can occur. If started with MR=YES, an
  ABEND0C4 in DSQIFSQ8 can occur.
  

Problem conclusion

• QMF fetch modules were doing LOB initialization in all cases,
  even when LOBs were not be present in the data nor initialized
  yet.  This initialization was reading addresses from low core
  storage which WITHOUT PRIMEPSA running, had zeros in it. With
  PRIMEPSA running, the low core storage had values in it
  causing QMF to read from unpredictable storage areas and
  abend. These modules have been updated to properly initialize
  LOB pointer information.
