Error description

• This APAR will address the following problems:
  When reorganizing a database using HSSR, a message is
    issued that HSSR can not process the database
   Explanation:  HSSR is used if available.  However, it can not
    process databases with virtual child segments.
  New IC1DSN, IC2DSN had been provided, but ICHLQ was still
  required.
   Explanation:  When ICDYN(Y) was specified, the ICHLQ parameter
  was defined to be required.
  RECON spare not recognized.
   Explanation:  RECON1 is the spare, but had not been
  reinitialized.
    When checking the dataset status, this dataset was found
    "not empty" and had been used.

  This APAR is correcting the following problems:
  1.When reorganizing a database using HSSR, a message is
  issued that HSSR can not process the database. HSSR is used
  if available.  However, it can not process databases with
  virtual child segments.
  2.New IC1DSN, IC2DSN had been provided, but ICHLQ was still
  required. When ICDYN(Y) was specified, the ICHLQ parameter
  was defined to be required.
  3.RECON spare not recognized. RECON1 is the spare, but had
  not been reinitialized. When checking the dataset status,
  this dataset was found "NOT EMPTY" and had been used.
  4.Print DBD source statements if requested. MR030508228
  has been issued.
  

Problem conclusion

• The following changes have been made to correct the above:
  1.Standard IMS interface (HD unload) is used instead.
  Documentation update: A database with virtual segments must
  use the standard IMS utilities. Therefore, a DFSURGU1 DD stmt
  must be provided by the user.
  2.ICHLQ is no longer required when specifying ICnDSN.
  3.Code has been changed to ignore the spare, that had been
  deallocated by DBRC. Documentation update: If RECON1 is the
  spare, and has been allocated via JCL, RECON1 must be
  reinitialized.
  4.New parameter DBDLIST has been provided to show the DBD source
  Documentation update: New Parameter:  DBDLIST(ddname)
  The specified ddname should be included in the JCL. It should be
  a SYSOUT file.  If not found it will be dynamically allocated.
  The DBD source statements will be printed to this file.
