Error description

• When Path Checker message CKP044E is issued the comp code
  is set to 0. This should be rc=08 since the message is "E"
  for error.
  ADDITIONAL SYMPTOMS:
  1) MSGCKP043E with Unicode Services error codes RC=04 Rsn=09
     CKP043E RC4 RSN9.
  2) Incorrect output with carriage control characters appearing
     in the wrong position of output.
  3) When running the TEST command getting DEL lines in output for
     statements that still exist.
  4) CKP214I EXPLAIN FAILED FOR STATEMENT   000002212
     SQLCODE =    -401
