Error description

  • The DB2STOP command sometimes ends before DB2 is totally down.
Currently DB2STOP waits for the IRLM to terminate to indicate
DB2 is down. The IRLM is sometimes not the last DB2 address
space to terminate so DB2STOP needs to wait for all the DB2
address spaces to terminate to indicate DB2 is down.
