Error description

• The SYSPLEX wide F CATALOG VCLOSE(volser) commands being issued
  by DB2 Subsystem Cloning do not include the T keyword so the
  responses from all the systems are sent to the local system to
  be displayed. This can cause a lot of activity to XCF signaling
  if there are many systems in the SYSPLEX. The SYSPLEX wide
  VCLOSE command will be changed to include T=0 which should
  reduce the impact to XCF signaling.
