Error description

• ICAT SCREEN AND OMPE V410 NEED TO SUPPORT NEW SQL/PA V3.2
  .
  ICAT screen for SQL/PA still reflect sql/ps v3.1 when customer
  has new sql/pa v3.2 installed. Then customer changed the STEPLIB
  on the ICAT screen to reflect the new sql/pa v3.2 library info.
  From OMPE Classic panel using SQL/PA function the customer can
  not get the reports. However, the old SQL/PA v3.1 is working ok.
