PROBLEM SUMMARY:
ABEND0C4 when entry MSGSEND, which works in 31-bit addressing
mode, is called in 24-bit addressing mode by caller.

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
Switch to 31-bit addressing mode before performing
operation that requires 32-bit mode.
