Error description

• Following a STOP for DB2 (-DK71 STOP DB2), error msgIEC999I
  is seen and an ABEND13E issued:

   FPEV0401I  DT11 USER MANAGER TASK ENDED
   FPEV0508I  DT11 HISTORY MANAGER TASK ENDED
  *IEC999I IFG0TC0A,IGWFARC0,OMEGDBHI,OMEGDBHI
  Because a subtask was DETACHed prior to it completion, an
  ABEND13E is issued from IGC062+0316.
  IEC999I is issued due to a failure during OPEN/CLOSE/EOV,

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  When an OMEGAMON Server subtask PESERVER is monitoring a DB2
  Subsystem and the DB2 Subsystem is stopped, the monitoring
  PESERVER Instance is stopped but causes one or more Abends S13E
  because some previously attached Instance subtasks are detached
  before they completed their termination sequence.
  Message IEA989I SLIP TRAP ID=X13E MATCHED together with message
  IEC999I is issued.

  When a monitoring PESERVER Instance is stopping, the previously
  attached subtasks are signaled to stop and are detached after
  confirmation of their completion.
