  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  Code has been changed to support the new ORDER criterion PARTNBR
  and new fields from ifcids 8 and 10

  The user is able now to request an IOACTIVITY report ordered by
  a partition number. The identifier is PARTNBR. New fields from
  ifcid 8 and 10 are supported in the BUFFERPOOL details report.
