Error description

• Dump Title: OMEGAMON II FOR DB2 DUMP:  TASK=COMMCOLL,ID=V410.
  ,MOD=KO2OCNTB,OFFSET=005850,CODE=S0C2/00000002
  ABEND0C2-02 KO2ORCVB+2362 (PK59975) on a TPROT (Test Protection)
  instruction E50110002000 in PROBLEM STATE.  The SYSTRACE entry
  showed the PSW with the Problem State bit = 1 (bit 15):
   00AB51B8 *PGM 002 070D0000 A2EABE88  00060002 00000000 00AB8000
  KO2ORCVB is an error recovery CESCT and was processing an
  ABEND0C3 issued just prior to this ABEND -- the ABEND0C3 being
  caused by KO2OMEMB+768 (PK59975) to document a storage shortage.
  Just prior to the PSW address for the ABEND0C3 will show:
           KO2O0951E OMEM - Private Storage Exhausted
  Error messages in the JOBLOG showed:
