PK61263: ALTER OF TABLE WITH VALIDPROC FAILS WITH SQLCODE -148

Error description

• In Object Comparison Tool, when comparing objects that uses
  VALIDPROC, VALIDPROC is not altered to NULL prior to the
  table alter, resulting in SQLCODE -148.

  VALIDPROC, VALIDPROC is are not altered to NULL prior to the

Problem conclusion

• The code was changed to add the additional statement "alter
  table .. set validproc to null" prior to altering column.
