  The confusion has partially been raised by ICAT panel KD261PN,
  which uses the wording of 'temporary' data sets, these data
  
  The change will be covered by PK58339.  Open this PMR for
  tracking.
  

Local fix

• The datasets (DBRM timestamps, snapshot history, event data) are
  'working' data sets of the server which must not be stored on a
  scratch unit.
