Error description

• This APAR includes the following fixes:
  1)  Corrections and documentation enhancements to various
  members such as ARYBIND7, ARYBIND8, ARYBIND71, ARYBIND81, clist
  ARYV210 to not refer to RBR.
  2)  Corrections to all bind jobs in SAMPLIB such as ARYBND71,
  ARYBND81, ARYBND82, ARYBND83, ARYBND84, ARYBND91, ARYBND92,
  ARYBND93, ARYBND94 to add comments when bind error -206 is
  Possible tokens that you can get a -206 on are TBS.CLONE, CLONE,
  TBS.INSTANCE, INSTANCE and A.INSTANCE.
  3)  The DDL to install System Backup and Restore services "stand
  alone" was slightly different (but functionally equivalent) to
  used to install the complete product. This fix makes the DDL
  consistent for both methods.
