Error description

• While tracking the objects within the processing time frame, DB2
  Log Analysis tables 1 record for each unique existence of a mass
  delete per object and lrsn. When too many unique occurances of a
  mass delete occur the table will overflow resulting in an 0C4.
  This fix increases the limit and terminates with an error
  message if the new limit is exceeded.
