ABEND0C9 rc09 KO2CCPUB+x'410' on Divide Logical (DLR)
instruction B9970002.  The offset is the same for both
R310 and R410.  Reg0 and Reg1 = 00000194  B44CCA58 with
Reg2 = 00000002 leading to the fixed-point-divide exception.
