Error description
While using GOC r720 with templates and running WSL user gets B37 abend when unloading the data of a table. During edit of the space parmaters a user error is made in which the user forgets to add the end semi-colon ( semi colon end statement ). Restart of the WSL does not redo the unload step of the table and data is lost . Restart new function is needed to correct this issue.

Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: Admin users that manually edit the input * * provided to the ADBTEP2 batch restart * * program. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: An unintended restart point may be * * performed following the edit of the * * ADBTEP2 input. This may lead to a wide * * variety of undetectable conditions or * * runtime failures. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF. * **************************************************************** During restart processing, the ADBTEP2 locates the restart point (statement) by skipping statements up to the intended restart point. If a semicolon is omitted on any statement prior to the restart point, two statements appear as one, which may cause an improper restart point. This can cause a wide variety of the unintended results including SQL or utility errors or lost data. Another example which may lead to an unexpected restart point is adding or removing statements ahead of the restart point.
Problem conclusion
Temporary fix
Comments
The restart processing the logic has been enhanced to add a rudimentary check that the first word of the restart statement match the command type from the prior (failed) run.The command type is the first word for the statement and is held in the ADBCHKPT table in the COMMAND column. Message ADB5043E will be issued if a command mismatch occurs, and the restart processing will be halted. To resume restart processing, the incorrect match condition must be resolved. The RESTART() input parameter passed to the ADBTEP2 program is enhanced to accept the value of FORCE, to indicate that the rudimentary check is to not be performed. Since no checking is made for this case, the restart point may be unintended and the results may be unpredictable. If the COMMAND_RESTART column in the ADBCHKPT table has a value of 'S' upon the restart processing, the rudimentary check is not performed. This can occur by using the checkpoint dialog's 'Skip-Next' line command.
