  Also received message
   KO2O1909E - IFI COLLECTOR CONNECT FAILED - REASON CODE 00F30013
  ABEND0C4-11 KO2OINTB+2038 (PK46319) on a STORE instruction
  50E07004.  Storage pointed to by R7 had just been released and
  this led to the program check.
  The diagnostic information provided shows
   RIDS/KO2OINTB#L RIDS/#UNKNOWN AB/S00C4 PRCS/00000011 REGS/0A0BA
  REGS/03B3A
  The PSW points to code with eyecatcher:
  O2OINT   V410210  06/29/07 22:44.  PK46319
  The 00F30013 return code indicates that the requester is not
  authorized to connect to this DB2 subsystem.  During
  initialization of the session or the common collector
  (DB2 connection) the IFI connection fails and since the return
  code isn't checked, an ABEND occurs.
