PK57562: EXPANDED FUNCTION IN THE ORF BMP HANDLER

Error description

• New Function:
  The ORF BMP handler has been expanded to allow for additional
   points in the application to pause the BMP.  More detail in
   the description.
  New Function:
   The ORF BMP handler has been expanded to support message
   driven BMPs.  It supports both WFI and non WFI BMPs.
   This requires the TOSI PTF nnnnn to be installed.  The ORF
  BMP support must be installed and activated for the BMP.
  Problem:  DBD(&PARM) does not work for LOAD command.
   Explanation:  The control card definition for DBD in the LOAD
    command was not set to accept substitution.
  Problem:  VICDSN not stored in UDATA when doing a NOTIFY.UIC.
   Explanation:  ORF tries to mimic what HPIC does with VIC.  The
    HPIC manual is not precise about what it does with
    VICDSN.  So VICDSN was ignored.
   Solution:  VICDSN is now stored as UDATA for NOTIFY.UIC

  two problems.
  1. The ORF BMP handler has been expanded to support message

  Note: This fix requires that TOSI PTF UK33213 be applied.
  The ORF BMP support must be installed and activated for the
  BMP.
  2. The ORF BMP handler has been expanded to allow for
  additional points in the application to pause the BMP.
  3. VICDSN not stored in UDATA when doing a NOTIFY.UIC.
  ORF tries to mimic what HPIC does with VIC. The HPIC
