Error description

• The following issues are resolved in the this apar.
  * ABPS0202E INVALID NAME on drop table statement with
    implicit tablespace.
  * ABPS9999S Message formatter failed,
    Message=0603  MESSAGE NOT FOUND.
  * No intercept if NULL UTPROC is passed in Utility Parm:
     PARM=(DB2,UTILID,UTPROC).
  * Thread block on non-existent partitions produces
    incorrect messaging.
  * New messages added ABPS0515W, APBS9517E.
  * Thread blocking is explicitly suppressed for Object
    DSNDB01, DSNDB06, DSNDB07.
  * Thread display shows threads active on non-partitioned
    tables when partition filtering is requested.
  * Inconsistency in filter criteria panel security using
    delivered example security exit.
  * Inconsistency in Security exit with ADMIN display panel.
  * Incorrect Object Type Filtering behavior in datasharing
    environment.
  * DSNUTILS utility end with RC 8. Message
    DSNU1253I  USER DB2USER DOES NOT HAVE SELECT PRIVLEGE.
  * No indication VALUEIF option has no matching criteria in
    utility.
  * New message ABPP9934E.
  * No message when object is already blocked. Message
    ABPS0503W is now issued.
  * Issuing the DELETE_BLOCKER_ID parm from ABPBMAIN fails
    to delete the blocker id from thread blocker status table.
