• BTS deletes the application in termination even if it was loaded

  BTS deletes the application in termination even if it was loaded
  before BTS running.
  When PRLD= on EXEC parameter is specified, the application
  programs specified in the PRLD table are preloaded before BTS
  running. But the application is processed by BTS are deleted
  in BTS termination.
  BTS should not delete the application in termination when it was
  loaded before BTS running.
  

Problem conclusion

• BTS modified to not delete the application in termination if it
  was loaded before BTS running.
