  IPCS VSMDATA shows
   **   User Region Top has hit bottom of LSQA
   **** Ext. User Region Top has hit Bottom of Ext. LSQA
  Storage filled with blocks with the eyecatcher 'UTOB'.  The user
  is working with a large number of objects, in this case more
  87,000.
