PK52662: UK28441 INCORRECT ++HOLD INSTRUCTIONS, BATCH MOVE FUNCTION FAILS

Error description

• The ++HOLD instructins in UK28441 are incorrect. The
  instructions advise to copy from a DLIB dataset that is not
  updated by an SMP APPLY of the PTF.
  
  The Batch Move function, option 12.3 will not process correctly.
  Incorrect JCL constructed, no objects selected
