Error description

• This APAR addresses the following problems with ORF:
  1) Status code "AC" received during Change Apply.
     Message HRF01520E is issued.
  2) Online subsystems shown when checking for batch subsystems.
  3) SAMPLIB member HRFCICS had been added, but all modules not
     shipped correctly.
  4) BMP pausing does not work.
  5) No HOLDDATA when HRFCRTR0 was changed.
  6) Unload ends with RC20

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  This APAR is correcting the following problems:
  1. Status code"AC" received during Change Apply. Message
  HRF01520E is issued.
  2.Online subsystems shown when checking for batch subsystems.
  All subsystems have been obtained from the DBRC DB record.
  Those do not have an indication of what subsystem type they
  are. The matching against the subsystem record is incorrect.
  3.SAMPLIB memeber HRFCICS has been added, but the SMP/E ptf
  create does not work. Job2 of HRFCICS creates a SMPPTFIN
  file. However, the module HRFYINST is back level.
  4.BMP pausing did not work. BMP is suppose to be paused, but
  the ENQ list did not show the DBD as being reorganized by ORF
  due to an incomplete ENQ list.
  5.No HOLDDATA when HRFCRTR0 was changed. No HOLDDATA had been
  specified to notify the user to rerun the HRFINST portion.
  6.Unload ends with rc 20. Unload dataset was assigned to
  tape/cart. However, HRFYSQWR recognized this as a DASD and
  tried to read the VTOC. This casued the error.
  

Problem conclusion

• The following are solutions to the above problems:
  1.HRFDBUX1 has been changed. Additionally, HRFOAPL1 has been
  changed to display better diagnostic information when a call
  fails during change apply.
  2.Code has been changed to match against the online subsystems
  at a later time. This eliminates the online systems from the
  DB auth list.
  3.Module HRFINST is shipped in this APAR.
  4.GQSCAN list is not chained. Logic has been changed to use
  element length and count instead.
  5.Reship HRFCRTR0.
  6.HRFYSQWR has been changed to check for "non DASD" device
  first.
