Error description

• Abend S0C4 at X'2738' in IOHDCB after abend SD37 for the IOHPDS
  data set.
  Also UPDATE FASTGEN SKELETON JCL TO CLARIFY THE USE
     OF PARENTHESIS FOR THE TARGET= PARAMETER.
  

Local fix

• Give enough disk space to IOHPDS

  2. ABEND0C4 after message IOHC012 is issued for an invalid
     TRAN EDIT Routine.
  3. Update FASTGEN Skeleton JCL to clarify the use of
     parenthesis for the TARGET= parameter.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. Correct code to locate the DCB that experienced the X37
     abend in the DCB ABEND EXIT Routine.
  2. Prevent ABEND0C4 after IOHC012 by not deleting module
     IOHMBLK# until IOHXRMBL ends.
  3. Update the Skeleton JCL for the FASTGEN Utility.
