  In our analysis we see the problem as running out of storage
  in the private storage area below the 16 mb line.
  when running with many db2 subsystem.
  LSQA shortage.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  The problem may arise when roughly more than 11 (this number
  depends on the size and structure of the private area below the
  16MB line) periodic exception processing tasks are started and
  running simulteniously on the same LPAR. Each such task may be
  activated
  - by the user of Performance Expert Client
  - by the user of ISPF Monitoring dialogs
  - by the AUTOEXCPTHNAME startup parameter of PESERVER
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  The PESERVER code has been modified to reduce the use of the
  private storage area below the 16M line.
