Error description

• When submitting a batch job to collect performance data via the
  load module DGOZCRD, the job will immediately fail with message
  FPEV5019E.
  The SYSPRINT output of the job will show an 0C4 abend:
  FPEV5019E DATASET SERVICE ABENDED. MAYBE LIBRARY SEARCH FAILED.
