  GARBAGE SHOWN ON PANEL ZLOCKC/XLOK
  
  Reason of the problem - program interrupt with code 04
  (protection) in OLOK routine due to incorrect values in
  registers 5 and 3 (LOCKCONF).

  calculated the size of the return area. If a conflict ends
  between the time the return area is created and the time
  the data is collected the count of conflicts could be
  incorrect and ABEND0C4 results.
