  When using DRF in combination with synchronous PPRC for Flash
  Copies, it is necessary to specify the keyword FCTOPPRCPRIMARY
  on the COPY statement when restoring Flash Copies.  This is so
  the restored database can reside on a PPRC primary volume and
  be mirrored.

  FRXEDRF, FRXEDRF0, FRXEPSS0, FRXEWSP, FRXRWSP, and FRXVWSP
  FRXVADD0 is changed to fix a potential ABEND0C4 during ADD
  command processing.
  
  FRXVSTA0 and FRXRWCE are changed to set a new flag in the RWCE
  control block so the subordinate address spaces are aware that
  FCTOPPRCP is to be performed during the DFSMS Flash Copy
  restore.
  
  FRXRVIC, FRXIRTH0, FRXISMS0, and FRXRVRU are changed to
  recognize that FCTOPPRCP is to be performed and proceeds to
  build the SYSIN control cards that will be passed to SMS.

        Note:
        FCTOPPRCP will be ignored when DRF is not restoring from
        a Flash Copy, or if the release level of DFSMSdss is
        lower than V1R6.  FCTOPPRCP is supported by DFSMSdss V1R6
        or higher.
