  1. Pausing of ODBA/CICS transactions was disabled in a
  previous PTF because of technical problems.
  2.ORF with IMS V9 was using a V10 RECON, but failed to
  load the V10 processor(HRFYDB10).
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. This APAR enables pausing of ODBA/CICS transactions support.
  A new member was created in SAMPLIB to install the support to
  IMS.
  Member HRFCICS is there to enable the CICS/ODBA support. It
  will change the IMS module DFSDASP0 and relink it. The source
  change is done dynamically. The load module containing
  DFSDASP0 should be placed in the ORF library.
  2. HRFYDBRC has been changed to include the V10 DBRC module.
