• Closed as new function.

Error description

• This APAR will be used to define the current maintenance level.
  It also contains fixes for internally discovered issues:
  1. ATF background collection does not work.
  2. Thread activity info by package corrupted.
  3. Corrupted data in thread package summary.
  4. Distributed thread details displayed
  incorrectly.
  Update: The above fixes are included in APAR PK36362(UK20681)
  which is a prerequisite of the level set. The level set itself
  includes no fixes and is only a level set.
