Error description

  • Customer sees message "Bridge Table Get error" on CUA screen.
CUA RKLVLOG contains Message KLVDM012 LOOPCTR LIMIT EXCEEDED
and Message KLVDM015 DIALOG(KD2RESCE).  These messages are all
caused by unexpected output from the classic screen ZEDD3.

C  EDM POOL
A-EDM POOL SNAPSHOT
PF-11 + SQL CACHE
B=CACHE STATISTICS
PF-11 on one of the items
The screen ZEDD3 will be displayed.
The EDD3 command will be displayed, but no output will be
displayed after the EDD3 command.
The CUA screen is coded to always expect either valid output or
some error message describing the problem.

output.
