  When the OMEGAMON Server subtask PESERVER is started and
  Performance Warehouse (PWH) updates the DB2PM data base, other
  PESERVER sutasks as Auto Exception Processing, Event Observation
  or DB2 Connect Monitoring can get in contention with PWH
  resources during access of corresponding DB2 tables of the DB2PM
  data base. Restarting PWH in force mode may result in the same
  contentions.
  

Problem conclusion

• When PWH is updating the DB2PM data base during start up or
  during a PWH restart in force mode, the access to the DB2PM data
  base is suspended for all other PESERVER subtasks until the PWH
  update completes.
