Error description

• This APAR will address two problems:
  1) The following control card receives a syntax error:
     CIC    DBD=DBD120,DDN=DBD120,ICOUT=IC11, COMP=N
     because of the blank preceeding COMP=N
  2) Low leve qualifiers for Dataset Names are forced to
     8 characters. This restriction should be removed.

   DISPLAY PANEL, IDL$SYS, IS ONE OF THE PANELS USED TO DEFINE THE
   CONTROL SUITE ENVIRONMENT. THE FIELD SPECIFYING THE CS LOADLIB
   LOW LEVEL QUALIFIER ONLY ACCEPTED 8 CHARACTER NAMES, EVEN
   THOUGH AN LLQ WITH FEWER CHARACTERS SHOULD BE VALID.
  DATABASE CONTROL SUITE REL 3.2
   CONTROL SUITE JOB SKELETON, IDLICEC3, GENERATED A CIC CONTROL
   STATEMENT WITH AN INVALID BLANK SPACE. THIS CAUSED THE HPIC JOB
   TO END WITH ERROR 'FABJ0001E CONTROL STATEMENT FORMAT ERROR'.
  

Problem conclusion

• PANEL IDL$SYS WAS CHANGED TO ACCEPT LESS THAN 8 CHARACTERS FOR
  THE LOADLIB LLQ NAME.
  FOR RELEASE 3.2, 'LOADLBR' WAS SUBSTITUTED FOR 'LOADLIB' IN
  IDLRDIAG TO AVOID ANY CONFUSION WITH THE 'LOADLIB' FIELD IN THE
  CSID TABLE.
  BLANKS WERE REMOVED FROM THE IDLICEC3 CIC CONTROL STATEMENTS.
