  *                   limitkey values are the same.              *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 1.Users can see  statements in work     *
  *                        statement lists which are missing     *
  *                        quotes for  values in the  VALUES     *
  *                        clause.                               *
  *                      2.On Version 7.2 users may see the      *
  *                        "Limitkey changed" messages even      *
  *                        when target and source limitkey       *
  *                        values are the same.                  *
