Error description
Customer got error "An internal error occurred during: Building workspace" when importing RAD 6 projects into RAD 7 workspace.
Local fix
The project lacked target servers. After setting target servers for the projects in RAD 6 the migration/import of the projects to RAD 7 should go fine.

Problem conclusion
The StackOverflowException is occuring because there is no server target on the project causing an infinite recursive algorithm to be invoked when a binary EJB or WAR file is located in the Enterprise Application project. A check has been added to ignore binary EJB and WAR files that reside in the Enterprise Application project. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion into Rational Application Developer fixpack 7.0.0.3.
