Error description

• Statistics report produced by Omegamon batch job has incorrect
  values in the following fields;
  NUMBER OF DATASET OPENS, GETPAGE REQUEST,
  GETPAGE REQUEST-SEQUENTIAL,GETPAGE REQUEST-RANDOM,
  SYNCHRONOUS READS, SYNCHRON. READS-SEQUENTIAL,
  SYNCHRON. READS-RANDOM, SEQUENTIAL PREFETCH REQUEST,
  SEQUENTIAL PREFETCH READS, PAGES READ VIA SEQ.PREFETCH,
  S.PRF.PAGES READ/S.PRF.READ and etc.

  Internally queued DSNDQBST for low-activity BPs and long time
  spans occasionally used for delta values calculation at the time
  when DB2 subsystem already restarted.
  It caused that accumulated values in the queued DSNDQBST were
  greater than those found in the end-interval IFCID(2) DSNDQBST.
  In such cases end-begin subtraction produced negative values
  which appear in the report and PWH as unexpectedly big positive
  values.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code changed to detect and discard obsolete internally queued
  DSNDQBST.
