LMOD=KO2CDBCB#L, CSECT=O2CSTS  , OFFSET=003EF6
is being generated due to a Fix-Point-Divide Exception (PIC 9).
The dividend register (Reg 0,1) looks to contains an address
rather than a valid operand.  The divisor register (Reg 6)
contains 1.
